Such a great place to eat breakfast/lunch while working from home/taking a break from work! I went for breakfast today and got the lumber jack. It was delicious and a good price. I stayed after eating to work a bit on my laptop and the wifi was really fast. There is also really nice art to look at and/or purchase. It feels like home. I highly recommend everyone visit Cafe the lodge!

Wonderful place with an exquisite little garden in the back with water lilies in the kitchen pond. The quiche is great, and the egg breakfast, well-apportioned.

Great food, lovely staff, and warm atmosphere. Try the mozzarella, tomato, and pesto grilled sandwich; perfect lunch sandwich that comes with potato chips and a side order of beans in a nice, tangy tomato sauce. Delicious! Also love the fact that this cafe supports a great cause.

This is the spot for a coffee and a light snack/lunch! The Italian wedding soup was so delicious; I'd say it's one of the best I've ever had. Their lattes are made perfectly! The coffee is good quality and it is prepared just at the right temperature to bring out the natral sweetness in the whole milk. The overall mood and ambiance is delightful when you walk in and all the staff are pleasant. I also love the fact that the prices are half of those at Starbucks and get to support a local business. Give it a try.
